Your subscription renews automatically each month on your billing date. We will not issue refunds for renewal charges if you forgot to cancel — but if you reach out within 3 days of a renewal charge, we will honor the refund at our discretion.
Deleting your account is permanent. All purchased content access — including lifetime SAT words level access — will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
If you sign up again in the future, you will need to pay again to unlock any previously purchased levels. We strongly recommend canceling your subscription instead if you only wish to stop billing.
